Directors of Christian Education (and others in children, youth, family, and related ministry) gather together for mutual support just as pastors meet within their circuits.  The DCE's of the Pacific Southwest District have organized themselve at two levels.  First, DCE's Etc. is the parent organization district wide for DCE's and others serving in Christian education.  Second, under the guidance of the District-wide DCE's Etc. board there are regional clusters for further connection and support.
